Ordering & Payments

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the shipping process.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Q: When will I receive my refund? A: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations and arrive in separate packages at different times. This helps us offer a wider range of products.
