1. Order Processing
All orders placed on Bazaarado, operated by Codeado OÜ, are subject to a processing period before shipment.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders received after (Order Cut-off Time: Orders received after **11 AM Eastern European Time (EET)** will begin processing on the next business day) will begin processing on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Destinations
Bazaarado currently ships to United States. Please verify shipping availability to your specific location during checkout.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific products ordered.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised.

Please Note:
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- Delivery times may be longer during holidays, due to customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, global pandemics).
- As we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our various international suppliers. This means if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our "Track Your Order" page or directly on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

Refusal of Package: If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and taxes, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable import fees, which will be deducted from any potential refund.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at support@bazaarado.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the damage before opening it, and then inspect the contents. If items are damaged, retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@bazaarado.com.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, Codeado OÜ is not responsible for the loss of the package.

If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
