1. Returns and Refunds Overview

At Bazaarado, operated by Codeado OÜ, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, razors, shavers, intimate or sanitary goods) due to health and hygiene reasons, unless they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [Your Support Email Address] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. The Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at [Your Support Email Address] to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bazaarado.com.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Your Support Email Address] and we will guide you through the process.

 

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
